Purpose of Grievance Cell

The Grievance Redressal Cell of Guru Nanak Dev College of Education ensures a transparent and fair mechanism for addressing student, staff and stakeholder grievances related to academics, administration and campus facilities.

Who Can Submit a Grievance?

Students, parents, teaching staff, non-teaching staff and other stakeholders can submit grievances regarding academic issues, examinations, facilities, behavior or administration.

Confidentiality & Fairness

All grievances are handled with complete confidentiality and impartiality. No complainant shall face discrimination or harassment for raising a genuine concern.

Submission of Grievance

Complaint is submitted through the grievance form or email.

Verification & Review

Grievance is reviewed by the Grievance Redressal Committee.

Action & Resolution

Appropriate action is taken and resolution is communicated.

Feedback & Closure

Complainant feedback is recorded and case is closed.
